MOBILITY FOR JIU JITSU
In addition to your jiu jitsu or kickboxing training, we highly recommend doing recovery work to keep your body in top shape and help prevent injuries. We offer a mobility for jiu jitsu class every Sunday at 10 a.m. for our members. We also accept drop ins for a small fee. Mobility class is taught by Marah Young, owner of My Wholistics. She is an experienced yoga teacher, however the mobility classes are more focused on slow stretches and are made to be a supplement to your workout, not the workout itself, like your typical yoga classes can often end up being. It’s also a great way to get loose before open mat.
